For this months Fitness Challenge we want to challenge our patrons to improve their core strength by planking everyday for the month of October! And the goal is to add 10 more seconds of planking each day, and by the end of the challenge be able to plank for a full 5 minutes! We want to encourage participants to take it at their own pace and take a break when necessary. But the ultimate goal is to challenge themselves and be able to plank for a longer duration than they were initially able to at the start of the month. Customers should participate in order to challenge themselves and stay active.
