Pull Up Challenge

For the month of January we are offering the Pull Up Challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to make customers realize the importance of working on their pull-ups as part of their general health. They will be briefed about technique and different ways to work on their pull ups. We will offer 3 different levels, with 3 different progressions to work on:

Beginner: Get your first Pull-Up
Intermediate: Get 10 Pull-Ups
Advance: Pull more than your weight
